(Adnkronos) – Entire districts of Kyiv were left without electricity and, in part, without water following the Russian raids overnight, confirmed the city’s mayor, Vitaly Klitschko. At least 12 people were injured, eight of whom were hospitalized. Among the injured are also two children.
