(Adnkronos) – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky accused Russia of wanting to sow “chaos” in Ukraine by launching attacks on his country’s energy grid and railway infrastructure. “Russia’s task is to create chaos and exert psychological pressure on the population through attacks against energy facilities and railways,” Zelensky said at a press conference.
