(Adnkronos) – The death toll from Typhoon Bualoi in Vietnam has risen to 11, while about 20 other people are missing. Authorities announced this, specifying that at least nine people were killed by a tornado triggered by the typhoon that passed through the northern province of Ninh Binh and two others in the northern provinces of Thanh Hoa and Hue.
