(Adnkronos) – A restaurant in Bavaria, Germany, has banned Israeli tourists due to the war in the Gaza Strip. “We believe that children should not be mistreated, regardless of the circumstances. We will not remain silent like the rest of the world,” reads a sign posted at the entrance to the restaurant. “We have decided to protest and our protest is neither political nor racist. We no longer accept Israelis in our restaurant. We will welcome them again when they decide to open their eyes, ears and hearts.” The Israeli embassy in Germany responded: “The 1930s are back. This is not a protest, it is clearly anti-Semitism.”
