Japan, hottest summer since records began

(Adnkronos) – Japan has suffered its hottest summer since records began. The Japan Meteorological Agency said in a statement that the country’s average temperature between June and August “was 2.36°C above the standard value, marking the hottest summer since records began in 1898”.
