(Adnkronos) – A 7.5 magnitude earthquake shook the Antarctic regions of Chile and the Drake Passage at 10:16 pm yesterday (local time), the US Geological Survey reported. The epicenter was located at a depth of 10.8 kilometers below sea level. There was no tsunami warning. The Drake Passage separates South America from Antarctica.
