(Adnkronos) – US entry visas have been granted to Russian journalists accredited to the Kremlin, so they can follow President Putin to Anchorage on Friday. For the first time since 2021, the visa for journalists from Perviy Kanal has been approved, Tass points out, recalling the problems that journalists following Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov had in September 2023 and July of the following year to follow the minister to meetings at the UN headquarters in New York. The visas granted now are valid until November 11.
