This is according to local authorities, as reported by CNN. “The highest waves are expected in the coming hours and will be between 1.1 and 2.5 meters, therefore lower than the previous forecasts that spoke of waves up to 4 meters,” said the High Commission of the Republic of French Polynesia on its social.
