(Adnkronos) – The British public is “horrified” by the scenes coming from the Gaza Strip. This was stated by the British Prime Minister, Keir Starmer. In Scotland, alongside US President Donald Trump for the meeting at his Turnberry golf club, he described the situation in the Palestinian enclave as a “tremendous catastrophe”. “It’s a humanitarian crisis, a tremendous catastrophe – Starmer said upon his arrival – Nobody wants to see this. I think people in the UK are horrified by what they are seeing on their screens, so we have to get to that ceasefire”.
