(Adnkronos) – At least 45 Palestinians were killed by the Israeli military in Khan Younis, in the southern Gaza Strip, while waiting to receive humanitarian aid. The Gaza Ministry of Health said in a statement, adding that “the emergency room, intensive care and operating rooms” of the Nasser Medical Complex “are overcrowded due to the high number of injured and dead.”
