(Adnkronos) – A student stabbed a school assistant to death at a school in Haute-Marne, France. This was reported by the broadcaster Bfmtv, citing its own sources, according to which the woman died from her injuries this morning.
The Minister of National Education, Elisabeth Borne, spoke on X of a “terrible tragedy” that “struck a school in Nogent this morning”.
“I express my full support to the victim and her loved ones. I pay tribute to the composure and commitment of those who intervened to contain the aggressor and protect the students and staff,” added the minister. “I will go there to support the entire school community and law enforcement,” she said.
