(Adnkronos) – The United States has started its military disengagement from Syria and reduced its presence from eight to three bases. This was announced by the US envoy Thomas Barrack in an interview with the Turkish television station Ntv.
“The reduction of our ‘Inherent Resolve’ mission is underway. We will go from eight to five, then to three bases. And we will end up with only one,” said Barrack, who is also the US ambassador to Turkey.
