Trump, ‘31% of students at Harvard are foreigners, it’s too much’

26 Maggio 2025

(Adnkronos) – “Part of the problem with Harvard is that 31%” of the students “are foreign, we give them billions of dollars, which is ridiculous…They are 31% and they refuse to tell us who they are, we want to know, we have no problem with many of them, but they shouldn’t be 31%, it’s too much”. So Donald Trump returned to talk about the ‘case’, after the administration issued a measure in recent days prohibiting the American university from accepting foreign students, with those already enrolled having to leave.

“No foreign government gives money to Harvard, we do – continued the American president, answering reporters’ questions in Morristown, New Jersey – We want a list of those foreign students and we will find out if they are okay or not. Many will be fine, I presume, and I presume many will be bad with Harvard. And then the other thing is that they are very anti-Semitic, everyone knows they are anti-Semitic and this has to end”.
