(Adnkronos) – The death toll of Pakistani victims of the clashes that broke out with India is 40 civilians and 11 soldiers. This was announced by the Islamabad army, providing a new toll today and speaking of “40 civilians killed, including 7 women and 15 children, in addition to 121 injured, including 10 women and 27 children”. In addition to the civilian casualties, there are “11 soldiers killed and 78 injured” while “defending Pakistan from vile and reprehensible attacks” by India, reads a note from the Islamabad army relaunched by the Dawn website.
“Let there be no ambiguity: any attempt to question Pakistan’s sovereignty or territorial integrity, once again, will be met with a swift, full-spectrum and decisive response,” the Pakistani army’s note continues.
