(Adnkronos) – The far-right group ‘Kingdom of Germany’, a faction of the ‘Reich Citizens’ movement, has been banned in Germany, accused of “attacking the liberal democratic order”. Interior Minister Alexander Dobrindt announced this, according to whom the group, which has about six thousand followers, “denies the existence of the Federal Republic of Germany and rejects its legal system”. The ministry also announced that the police are engaged in a vast operation in seven German states: Baden-Württemberg, Lower Saxony, North Rhine-Westphalia, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Thuringia.
