India, 32 airports reopened after ceasefire with Pakistan

(Adnkronos) – More than 30 airports that had been closed in India amidst the escalation with neighboring Pakistan have reopened. Following the ceasefire between the two eternal rival countries announced Saturday by Donald Trump, the Indian aviation authority, the Airport Authority of India (Aai), confirmed this morning via X that the 32 airports closed due to the escalation “are now fully operational, with immediate effect, for travel by civilian aircraft”.
