(Adnkronos) – Canadian Liberal leader Marc Carney, winner of the elections, could appoint a new government within the next two weeks and therefore convene Parliament shortly. The Globe and Mail writes this, according to which the new government will focus on cutting taxes for the middle class and will start negotiations for a new trade agreement with the United States. The Carney government should be made up of fewer than 30 people, compared to 37 in Justin Trudeau’s previous executive.
