(Adnkronos) – A man died in Mariupol, in the Donetsk People’s Republic, conquered by the Russians in 2022 as part of the invasion of Ukraine, after being attacked by a white tiger inside the local zoo. Ria Novosti reported this, adding that the victim was an employee of the facility and had entered the enclosure to feed the animal, when the latter fatally attacked him.
According to what was reported on Telegram by the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Donetsh, the accident occurred around noon local time (11 am Italian time). The committee has launched an investigation to clarify the dynamics of the incident and establish any responsibility.
