Myanmar, ‘death toll rises to 3,600, more than 5,000 injured’

(Adnkronos) – The death toll from the 7.7 magnitude earthquake that struck Myanmar on March 28 continues to rise. The latest official toll, released by the ruling junta and reported by the Chinese news agency Xinhua, speaks of 3,600 dead and 5,017 injured, while 160 people are still missing.
