Myanmar earthquake, junta declares state of emergency in six regions

(Adnkronos) – The ruling junta in Myanmar has declared a state of emergency in six regions after a 7.7-magnitude earthquake struck the central part of the country. 

The state of emergency, according to a note, concerns the regions of Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, northeast Shan, Naypyidaw and Bago.
