(Adnkronos) – Sudanese army soldiers have retaken the presidential palace, which was in the hands of the RSF paramilitaries, after a fierce battle. A military source told AFP.
“Our forces stormed the presidential palace and took control of it after crushing the remnants of the militia,” the source said on condition of anonymity, referring to the Rapid Support Forces (RSF), the paramilitaries who have occupied the presidential headquarters in Khartoum since the outbreak of war with the army in April 2023.
