(Adnkronos) – Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree requiring Ukrainian citizens illegally present in Russia to leave the country by September 10, 2025, or legalize their residence. Ria Novosti writes it, specifying that the head of state has ordered that Ukrainians illegally residing in the country who have independently applied for regularization to the Ministry of the Interior not be prosecuted before September 10.
