(Adnkronos) – Istanbul Mayor Ekrem Imamoglu is involved in two proceedings for “corruption” and “supporting a terrorist organization”. This was confirmed by the Turkish Justice Minister, Yilmaz Tunc, after the news in the last few hours regarding the exponent of the opposition party Chp taken from his home in the past few hours.
“As part of this investigation, seven suspects, including the mayor of Istanbul, are accused of aiding a terrorist organization by being associated with it,” the minister added.
