(Adnkronos) – About 13,000 Syrians have fled to Lebanon in recent days, following sectarian violence against the Alawites following clashes between loyalists of the former regime and the new security forces. Lebanese authorities reported, while AFP quoted a report by the Beirut Disaster Management Unit, according to which 12,798 Syrians arrived in Lebanon, who settled in 23 villages in the northern region of Akkar.
