(Adnkronos) – Romanian authorities have declared the Russian military attaché in Bucharest, Victor Makovski, and his deputy, Evgeni Ignatiev, persona non grata. This was announced by the Romanian Foreign Ministry, explaining the expulsion of the two senior Russian diplomats because of Moscow’s ”interference”. The two diplomats are accused of having carried out activities in violation of the provisions of the Vienna Convention, Romanian media report.
