This was reiterated by President Volodymyr Zelensky, on the eve of talks in Riyadh between Russian and American negotiating teams, speaking at a press conference in Abu Dhabi where he is visiting. Quoted by Ukrinform, Zelensky insisted that Kiev “will not recognize any outcome of negotiations” that are conducted without Ukraine.
