(Adnkronos) – Members of Italy’s lower house of parliament will grill foreign minister Antonio Tajani on Wednesday over US president Donald Trump’s controversial plan to take control of the war-shattered Gaza Strip and permanently re-locate its population elsewhere in the Middle East.
MPs will also question Tajani over a plan he unveiled on Monday to accelerate Western Balkans countries’ entry to the European Union, the Chamber of Deputies said in a statement.
The parliamentary question-time session will be aired live by public broadcaster Rai, starting at 3pm, the statement said.
