Trudeau, ‘Canada will firmly oppose unjustified tariffs on steel’

(Adnkronos) – Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has said his country “will oppose” any US tariffs on steel announced by President Donald Trump. 

Such tariffs would be “totally unjustified” and “Canadians will oppose them strongly and firmly if necessary,” Trudeau said during the Artificial Intelligence (AI) conference in Paris.
