(Adnkronos) – Relatives of hostages held for over a year in the Gaza Strip and their supporters are blocking the highway linking Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, asking Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu not to “abandon” their loved ones. The Times of Israel reports dozens of people taking part in the protest. “Abandoning the hostages is a war crime”, reads a banner displayed by the demonstrators.
