“Trump will not have Greenland – said the head of diplomacy in Copenhagen, Lars Lokke Rasmussen, referring to the island which is an autonomous Danish territory – Greenland is Greenland and the Greenlandic people are a people in the sense of international law, protected by international law”. “This is also why we have repeated several times that, ultimately, it is up to Greenland to decide the situation in Greenland,” the minister said during a press conference.
