USA: White House, ‘538 illegal immigrants arrested, hundreds deported’

(Adnkronos) – US authorities have arrested 538 illegal immigrants and deported hundreds in a mass operation just four days into President Donald Trump’s second administration, new White House spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt said. 

“The Trump administration has arrested 538 illegal immigrant criminals,” Leavitt said in a post on X, adding that “hundreds” had been deported on military aircraft.
