Russia-Iran, strategic partnership agreement signed

(Adnkronos) – The strategic partnership agreement between Iran and Russia has been signed. The Tass news agency announced it, specifying that the agreement was signed during a ceremony held at the Kremlin at the end of a meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Iranian counterpart, Masoud Pezeshkian. 

The agreement takes relations between Moscow and Tehran to a new level and, according to Tass, covers numerous sectors including defense, anti-terrorism, energy, finance, transport, industry, agriculture, culture, science and technology.
