(Adnkronos) – Donald Trump’s swearing-in ceremony will be moved inside Congress because of the cold snap that is expected in Washington. Abcnews reveals this, citing sources informed about the inauguration program, specifying that the ceremony should therefore take place in the Capitol Rotunda. Traditionally the ceremony takes place on the steps of Capitol Hill.
