(Adnkronos) – The Prime Minister, as well as Foreign Minister of Qatar, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim al-Thani, has called for the “immediate withdrawal” of Israeli troops from the buffer zone on the border between the Jewish state and Syria. “The Israeli occupation of the buffer zone is a reckless act” and Israel “must withdraw immediately,” said the head of diplomacy in Doha during a joint press conference in Damascus with the de facto leader of Syria, Ahmed al-Sharaa.
