China, earthquake death toll rises to 95, 130 injured

(Adnkronos) – The death toll from the earthquake in Tibet, hit by a magnitude 6.8 earthquake on the Richter scale at 9.05 local time, is worsening: the confirmed deaths are 95, 130 injured, according to the toll released at 3 pm local time. The earthquake struck the Dingri area of Xigaze, in the southwestern Chinese autonomous region of Tibet.
