(Adnkronos) – For the third consecutive year, Russian President Vladimir Putin has not sent New Year’s greetings to US President Joe Biden and the leaders of other major Western countries considered hostile. Tass reported this, recalling that at the end of December each year Putin usually congratulates his foreign colleagues on the New Year and Christmas.
Today the Kremlin published the list of leaders who received congratulatory telegrams from the Russian president, and this does not include the leaders of the United Kingdom, Germany, the United States, France, Japan and other major states hostile to Russia.
