(Adnkronos) – Twelve people died and three were injured in an explosion at an explosives factory in the city of Balikesir, western Turkey. Turkish CNN reports, quoting Governor Ismail Ustaoglu, who adds that “the possibility of a terrorist attack is not being considered”.
