(Adnkronos) – Russia announces the arrest of a citizen of Uzbekistan in connection with the killing yesterday in Moscow of General Igor Kirillov. “A citizen of Uzbekistan, born in 1985, was arrested on suspicion of carrying out the attack that cost the lives of General Igor Kirillov and his assistant Ilia Polikarpov,” the Russian Investigative Committee said, adding that the suspect had claimed to have been “recruited by the Ukrainian special services”.
