(Adnkronos) – Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva underwent surgery for an “intracranial hemorrhage” after falling at home on Oct. 19, Brazilian media reported.
According to a note released by the Syrian-Lebanese hospital in Sao Paulo, the 79-year-old president underwent surgery overnight for “an intracranial hemorrhage” and “is doing well”, “the surgery was performed without complications”.
