(Adnkronos) – China calls for “calm” and “restraint” after Vladimir Putin signed the new Russian nuclear doctrine that expands the cases in which Moscow envisages a response with nuclear weapons. “Under the current circumstances, all parties should remain calm and exercise restraint, working together through dialogue and consultation to ease tensions,” said Foreign Ministry spokesman Lin Jian.
