Human Rights Watch, ‘Israel committed war crimes and ethnic cleansing’

14 Novembre 2024

(Adnkronos) – Human Rights Watch has claimed that the repeated evacuation orders issued by Israel in Gaza constitute a “war crime of forcible transfer” and “ethnic cleansing” in some parts of the Palestinian territory.

“Human Rights Watch has gathered evidence that Israeli officials are committing the war crime of forcible transfer,” says a report by the international non-governmental organization that deals with the defense of human rights, adding that “Israel’s actions appear to fall under the definition of ethnic cleansing” with regard to areas where Palestinians will not be able to return.
