Slovenian Foreign Minister, ‘border controls must now remain’

(Adnkronos) – “Slovenia is a staunch supporter of the Schengen area, but the current situation does not allow for the elimination of internal border controls”. This was stated by the Slovenian Foreign Minister, Tajna Fajon, during the press conference at the end of the meeting of the Italy-Slovenia Ministerial Committee in Ljubljana, commenting on the suspension of Schengen between the two countries.
