(Adnkronos) – Russia attacked Kharkiv last night with a Kab guided bomb, which hit a residential building and injured at least 12 people, including a child. This was reported by Kharkiv Oblast Governor Oleh Syniehubov.
All residents of the building were evacuated and rescuers are working at the scene of the attack. There may be people buried under the rubble, Syniehubov added.
